We’re hiring an experienced Merchant Application Processor & Support Specialist to support daily payments operations.
This role focuses on processing merchant applications, supporting merchants post-boarding, and working inside common merchant services systems. You’ll handle documentation, follow up on approvals, troubleshoot issues, and communicate clearly with internal teams and merchants.
Responsibilities
Process merchant applications accurately and efficiently
Work with POS systems, gateways, and CRMs
Communicate clearly via email, phone, and video tools
Review underwriting documents and ensure completeness
Support merchants with onboarding and account-related questions
Requirements
2+ years in merchant services or payments operations
Experience processing merchant applications
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and Loom
Strong communication and attention to detail
Familiarity with systems like Dejavoo, Clover, gateways, or CRMs
This is a remote role for candidates with real-world payments experience.
